The entire team was fantastic as well—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The hair wash was especially amazing; it was incredibly relaxing and one of the best I've experienced.

Mercy always gives the BEST— like Eleven out of 10 kind of best hair wash, i know because i went around other salons every weekend to get wash&blow. Though i booked the appointment twice under Michael, he never seems to be the one doing the blow dry. I wish he could at least show his team how to do a proper blow for curtain bangs cause they never get my bangs done right, which makes me a bit hesitant to return. That being said, Mercy’s hair wash is amazing 🔛🔝 which is the main reason i came for the second time.

Great service overall, would rate the hair wash as one of the best I experienced in salon, right pressure applied and great massage on head, neck and shoulder which is totally refreshing after a long day at work. Haircut is great as well, precise and professionally done.
