Mercy always gives the BEST— like Eleven out of 10 kind of best hair wash, i know because i went around other salons every weekend to get wash&blow. Though i booked the appointment twice under Michael, he never seems to be the one doing the blow dry. I wish he could at least show his team how to do a proper blow for curtain bangs cause they never get my bangs done right, which makes me a bit hesitant to return. That being said, Mercy’s hair wash is amazing 🔛🔝 which is the main reason i came for the second time.

Great service overall, would rate the hair wash as one of the best I experienced in salon, right pressure applied and great massage on head, neck and shoulder which is totally refreshing after a long day at work. Haircut is great as well, precise and professionally done.

Michael gave me blonde highlights. I've always bleached my hair before. Michael didn't bleach, he dyed it. I was very skeptical at first because my natural color is very dark. But luckily, it worked out well. My visit lasted six hours because Michael did very fine highlights with aluminum foil, very cleanly and accurately. Michael absolutely knows his craft and works very precisely. The head massage you get is particularly worth mentioning. And, as with me, my neck and arms are also massaged during the highlights.
